Ontology-driven persistent memory for AI agents. Cortex captures decisions, lessons, and research into a dual store (SPARQL graph + SQLite), reasons over relationships with OWL-RL, and serves context to any MCP client through CLI, REST, and a local dashboard—without sending your knowledge to the cloud.
Why it stopped
Paused after shipping a working local memory layer. Maintaining a full ontology pipeline, MCP surface, and packaging stack outran the bandwidth available alongside day work and school. The code and ideas remain; active development did not.
